Sanyo is the 14th of 14 companies that have licensed WCDMA from QCOM. the other 13 are on the list published by QCOM. NEC will need a WCDMA license by November if they plan on selling any WCDMA equipment to DoCoMo or the French group they are forming with Alcatel.
