VoiceStream and Talk Visual Sign Distribution Agreement
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2000--(OTC-BB:TVCP). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION announced today that it has signed a national product and service distribution agreement with VoiceStream, the major United States GSM provider.
Eugene Rosov, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated today from Miami, Florida "VoiceStream is one of the world's premier GSM providers, the only national provider in the United States using the global wireless standard (GSM), and one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. wireless industry. All of our twenty U.S. locations will now be offering their all-digital service. Their recent merger with Deutsche Telekom, and DT's $5 billion cash infusion, securely underwrites VoiceStream's national presence as the premier GSM provider in the United States."
Andy Cunningham, Talk Visual's Miami Area Manager, commented, "We are very excited about the profit potential from VoiceStream sales. Our locations in New York, New Jersey, Miami, Boston and Providence are beginning an aggressive sales campaign. We believe that we should reach a gross sales level of approximately 5 units daily per each of our twenty locations, representing a revenue stream of about half a million dollars monthly to the Company. This is the goal towards which we're managing our postpaid and prepaid VoiceStream cellular GSM service. Of course, we also hope to roll-out VoiceStream services in Canada."
