Hello SrK, Broad daylight, Dusk, Dawn,... 24/7; these guys (+ gal) never rest. Warrants are just the tip of the iceberg. I mean you haven't even mentioned the 2 second preferred financing deal. The reverse splits and restructurings. I haven't seen a Reg S handout yet but its got to be coming. And then what about that inventory write down for "obsolete chips"? What's up with that? Business? Yeah its a "real" business,... and you too can get "it" for $13 a pop. :8) 0\|0 P.S. I blame IBM and INTC/RMBS for all this. I would blame MSFT but but the Justice Department beat me to "it".<vbg>
