remember the fuss about HITT disclosing stuff that happened with Dorian in the previous 5 years in its SEC filings?

Well, HOTY filed a form 10 in August 1999, and it included biographies of various directors and officers. None of them mentioned any disclosable events (bankruptcies, etc.) in the previous 5 years.

Less than five years earlier, a person named Troy Warren declared personal bankruptcy in Arizona. I emphasize that I don't know if it is the same person.

WARREN, TROY

From the form 10, filed 8/99:

Troy Warren has spent the past five years in the direct mail and
mailing list industry. Previously he operated a travel agency and worked for
Ramada Inns. He graduated Indiana University with a degree in Business
Administration and Hotel Management.

As I mentioned, I don't know if it's the same person. There are 14 phone listings nationwide with the name Troy Warren. One of them is in Phoenix. In addition, there's a T. Warren listed in Scottsdale. Not a common name, but there's no certainty it's the same person.

A shareholder vote? He's never done one. Not even for the reverse merger.

Wasn't that supposed to be approved by the shareholders?
