Dan3, the Register is apparently getting pi**ed about message boards copying their articles (unless someone is impersonating them in the complaining post).

I would think they'd like the notoriety, attention.

Lewinsky-Dan - Re: "How long has it been since Intel first "pretend shipped" the 1GHZ parts?"

Intel shipped them in March.

Intel will shortly be the VOLUME LEADER in 1 GHz x86 CPUs.

That's what is important.

I'm glad to see you enjoy resting on AMD's past laurels.

Maybe you can explain why AMD is DOWN over 30% from their highs?

Paul

Lewinsk-Dan - re: "What are the expected "pretend ship" and "actual ship" dates for 1.13GHZ P3 and P4?"

I think Intel is working on "Pretend Recall" procedures for these parts.

By the way, Alibi Dan. August has COME AND GONE - where are the AMD servers - and/or the AMD DDR PCs?

Looks like your HOT AIR BLOWING has reached another "low"
