Elmat, I should have remembered the Enel story. It is the one such account of a European utility that I had posted, myself, on the old FCTF. The story spoke about their expansion plans, if my memory is now correct (it has already scrolled out of sight of searchable posts - Oi! SI must do something about that, really) about a year ago. I didn't recall its name or the content of the story, however, at the time that I posted my question upstream. Thanks for the memory boost. FAC
