I guess you dont consider $40 - 60 Bln of debt highly leveraged? WCOM and T have debt/equity rations of .4 and .5

Spek, I have hated Worldcom forever, but that was price related. At these prices, I would say they are only about 20% overpriced. I am not certain about good management, though I will agree that they have aggressive management. Most phone cos. do not.
