"Black Home?" Is that a typo? Or are we entering the era of racial software?

The guy might have a bit more credibility if he knew how many hours a year three nines equated to.

And why is Microsoft consolidating its Exchange servers; don't they believe in "scale out?"

"One of the things that we find is that in order to get excellent reliability, we have to help the customers put the processes in place in order to ensure that reliability." Does that mean the home users (who don't have "high touch" support) are screwed?

"This means a new graphical user interface for Windows, which we're well into designing now, and I've seen early prototypes of this." Well, at least the training folks will have job security.

JMHO.
