They dont forbid it, they just charge you commissions if you buy & sell the same day..right ?

Besides, I can work around that. Sell out of a different account. I am not closing my datek account.
I guess I will open an account with them.

Have you noticed how quick confirms are ?

Noticed any problem with stocks under $5 or otcbb issues ?

I have had nothing but problems with American Express.

As far as I'm concerned the whole free trades thing was nothing more than a bait and switch scam.

It should be illegal for them to discontinue free trades AND raise rates AND charge a transfer fee to get out after such a blatant come on.
