stop losses:

if your long in stocks like exds..arba..jdsu..ect.ect...it is my opinion using stop losses are very foolish...the market makers can bring a stock down and take your order...lets say a stock is trading at 50 and there is a fair amount of stops sitting at 45...its very easy for them to take the stock down and take these orders out...they do see your orders so be careful...look at your over all game plan and not the day to day ticks....this is in regards to quality stocks only

I was running around to various hospitals with my parents on Fri and missed your sell on SAPE - - I'm in at 44 and think I'll hold just a little longer. Still in EXDS; also holding ORCL through earnings tomorrow -- been burned by Ellison in the past, hopefully, safe now. I'm also holding SUNW and an educational co called SABA. Still on CS as well. Of course, no where near enough of these bright stories. But I won't whine.
