He could be a great addition to the porch... here's one of his songs that could be about the porch......Songs from the Wood 'Let me bring you Songs from the Wood, to make you feel much better than you could know. Dust you down from tip to toe. Show you how the garden grows. Hold you steady as you go. Join the chorus if you can; It'll make of you an honest man. Let me bring you love from the field; poppies red & roses filled with summer rain. To heal the wound & still the pain that threatens again & again as you drag down every lover's lane.Life's long celebration here.....(on the porch <ggg>) I'll toast you all in penny cheer. Let me bring you all things refined; galliards (1) and lute songs served with chilling ale. Greeting well met fellow, hail! I am the wind to fill your sail. I am the cross to take your nail; a singer of the ageless times. With kitchen prose & gutter rhymes. Songs from the wood make you feel much better.' (1) Galliards; dance tunes of the Renaissance<<He's truly a good soul, with salt of the earth concerns and genuine humanity, and that shines through. He's the kind of man whose success you feel grateful for yourself, because he has quietly used it well.>> LOL, not only do I feel grateful for Ian Anderson's success; Jethro Tull is the only group that I allow myself to spend freely for T-shirts, programs, etc. With the exception of two greatest hits releases, I have every Jethro Tull & Ian Anderson album, approximately two dozen T-shirts & concert programs. I've seen Tull concerts in Pittsburgh (more than 15), Philadelphia (several), Erie, Buffalo, Cleveland (several), Columbus, Dallas (twice) & Houston. BTW, have you noticed that over the years concert tickets to Tull concerts have consistently been priced at more reasonable levels..... even when he was selling out every arena? Ian knew he could charge considerably higher prices & still sell out, but was not interested in gouging his fans for additional wealth. OOF :-| I can beat this Tull thing to death.... I better stop before the porch falls into a Tull induced coma...... Ö¿Ö TimmyTull
