Individual Investor ought to be issuing a retraction about now. I saw Charlie Glavin of CSFB on CNBC last Monday. He has Intel as a top pick. He came out again after Kumar's "downgrade" of Intel to buy, in support of Intel again. That was last Wed. or Thurs.
