it is likely not a drain on sales. These products will not sell themselves w/o evaluation periods>>>>

Scott, Well i believe that is (part of) the question.

Because i think the Server Price and thus the development is limited ......I don't have a spare 1200 laying around right now......but on the other hand...I don't have the Time to hunt and peck through .ASP (development) pages either....

If you're not using it for commerce (CF)...I think the Server should be reasonable for the masses....Because you can't (all of a sudden) go live with an ecommerce site ,,,,,but if you have time to get your feet wet and jack it up a few times.....It starts to come together.

I guess the real question for me is....

Will this so called proprietary higher end web development continue to go higher end.... Or will supply and demand eventually catch up,,,,, as more and more developers start improving their skills....

I look at ARIBA (valuation) and just laugh. Those guys are totally fooling themselves....They are dreaming. That is a total hoot to think that Company should be valued at 40 billion right now. ( Way over 100 times sales)... UNBELIEVABLE. This is the razor blade. This is part of the tools that make the whole system click. I think these guys are right on the Mark. Time will tell if we are right or wrong about all of this.

If i was choosing a long shot Gorilla I would place a bet here....

It was running on WebSite.
The calander didn't save WebSite.
But the CF Server was still running.
Then it was running on IIS 4 and IIS 5
No problems...
It kept running and running and running.
Like the energizer bunny....
Now I'm on a MISSION from Linux....So I blew it all up and starting over. :0)
