Short-covering out to be ominous in the telcos.
That's the one safe secure sector now that it's down 50% and still has pretty good earnings and great longterm prospects. Also like beaten-down software stocks and a few retailers. Anything already cut in half or more, on the road back that's making money and is extremely undervalued. I am leery of the high-fliers. Value may finally be the "in" thing.
