How does that jib with the NDX making a higher high? I think it's the first leg down which is nearing an end. If we get enough other groups, such as Trans, Utilities, etc., to join the Nasdaq on the news of a meager oil hike, that'll be the better. I need another run-up to get a likely sell signal for the general market, the S&P 100 and the Dow. Already have one for Nasdaq.
