Well, some of the equities are bubbly all right, but then you get some real fallen angels selling at very rational prices. Take KEM, selling at less than 20 PE to last twelve months earnings and less than 10 PE of the next 12 months, I would call that almost a bear market valuation. Of course, the AMZN's and YHOO's, despite their big declines, are still in "la-la" land. Overall, I agree valuations are high in many cases, but they are lower than last March and there is still liquidity chasing equities, until that dries (and I expect such drying within the next two quarters), "La-La" reigns.
