Clappy,

Don't ever lose your motivation for kindness.

And I agree completely that a moderated thread was warranted.

clappy-

bravo for your spunk.

"I HATE SPUNK!"
-lou grant

:-)

personally, i'm not inclined to follow "rallied for" group actions. regardless of the "noble cause". i'm just too independent and i can't hear the "inner voice" very well above all the chanting. it was hard for me in the late 60s <G> i didn't join the army and i didn't march in the anti-war rallies. i caught hell from both sides.

people would say, "if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem." my view is that i'm part of something larger that encompasses both the problem and the solution. it's called life. my direction, my role in mortal affairs comes from an inner voice, nature, god, the sun, the wind, angels, the unnamed. that's what i follow.

bravo for your love.

"love is just a four letter word"
-bob dylan

can you say that here? :-)

mine goes out to all living and non-living things. it's sort of a selfish love because i see aspects of my self in everyone and all nature. my "agenda" is the expansion of love and joy in all. i know it's selfish but i have a BIG self to feed.

bonnie will be ok. bonnie IS ok. where she is in her growth right now is perfect for her. she will grow more. by the grace of natural "cause and effect" in her life and her own innate calling. i grow by watching her (as i do by watching tornadoes). here's another quote i've always liked:

"He who learns must suffer. And even in our sleep, pain that we cannot forget, falls drop by drop upon the heart, until, in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom by the awful grace of God."
-Aeschylus

i'd hate to take that suffering away from anyone... even bonnie. it might stunt her growth. HA! HA! HA! LOL! if i stunt hers, i stunt mine.

i love you man! yes. it's easier to say on the internet, and no, i don't say that in person to everyone i meet every day... but if they watch how i treat them, sooner or later, they will see that it is true.

love,

-polvie
