My biggest positions (FMO, TEX) have a P/E of 4 or 5. I really don't expect they follow any of the general factors, like rates, etc.... They live or die for their own merit and prospects. I also think your comments in the past couple of days apply more to the high-flyer stocks. Which unfortunately are very absent from my portfolio. Good luck to you, too. I don't think you'll miss much upside if you stay on the side-lines for a while, anyway.
