in four days I have sold my suburban Boston house or signed Offer to Purchase contract they had pre-approved mortgage, early closing date, perfecto got my full price despite need for certain needed repairs aint gonna finish that damned roof, or fence, or patio got lousy second offer also used it as leverage to get main offer to come up a bit they included some furniture as I hoped REbroker will buy my bigassTV broker's son will buy my coffee table almost done deal now for hardest decision: remain in Boston area ??? nah go to Chicago to live with ugly brother ??? or go to LauderdaleFL to live with my current roommate ??? he wants to migrate either to DaytonaFL or LauderdaleFL he wants to buy a little house, and for me to rent from him my oh my, have the tables turned Florida is calling me again I think rent a little house first, then choose purchased house and neighborhood carefully we could take our fantastic cat Tiffany would miss the tougher FL summer Dealer could fix me lemonade while watching Martha on CNBC I could attend a Miami Dolphin game I could swim all winter long outdoors I could chase New Jersey girls on the beach I could venture down to KeyWest for Halloween insane Mardi Gras might even look for a parttime job hmmm/ Jim
