Jim- what jumps out on the chart for me is that MRVC is strong on the trend. The current s/t trend is down and volume was accelerating last week. This is not normally a sign of a trend about to break. OTOH this is neither a normal market nor a normal stock! <gg> When a series of events are about to happen to a "story" stock, it isn't necessarily the best time to go gaga over the technical picture. WRT the "insiders" these folks acquired their shares by selling their companies to MRVC for stock. I would tend to discount their inside information and their understanding of the U. S. equity market; they may not know any more about MRVC than we know about their need or use for the funds they can get for their shares. Nevertheless, the law of supply and demand will prevail for the moment and their shares have become a drag on the stock price. This could all go away with an SEC approval of a red herring and the beginning of the road show, not to mention the filing of an IPO for Optical Access.
