SXB, I have stated before that my "best case scenario" for RMBS' earnings in the next four.five years is about $4/share, and a best valuation on such future earnings (without a bear market) a PE of 20, thus the price of $100 per share is quite "fair". Having said that, in the event that we get rapid settlement, I can easily see RMBS going to overvaluation and I still have a potential target of $165 in that even. This eventuality has currently very low probability, IMHO, we need to see a close above $97 with sizeable volume before this possibility comes back on the radar screen. Within the next two weeks we are going to see the nature of Rambus response to NU suit, and that could give us an inkling on the nature of future action and the time frame it may take. Rambus may chose the very aggressive stance of seeking an injunction on MU, and this will precipitate a rapid solution, if they simply "defend" themselves, it may take years. In Rambus' case, watch the technicals, and act accordingly. Right now, the Bu$$ is in a down trend, and there is no good suport to the mid $60, we may see these levels this week.

Well, here we are, pretty close to 3900, I am buying here, but could very well sell if we breach that. I just doubled up on EMLX at $88. No rush in reestablishing other positions, but RDRT looks appetizing again. I'll wait a little longer to see if $9 holds or not.

In edit, I just got in RDRT at $9.25. A discount of 11/16 to last sale, not as good as the last discount, but getting me to zero cost fast. (g) Of course, only if sold at a profit, and the day is still long.
