You are thinking of ICG communications. To assume that the current state of the company, including share price, is the final chapter to Malone's strategy would be foolish. Some speculate that ICG will mesh well and become a data center for broadband wireless. Regardless, it's a long term, capital intensive project that cannot be judged from an instantaneous daytrader perspective.
