The greatest opportunity comes at time of most despair. How many of us have "given up" on a stock that we know is good, only to sell within 5% of the bottom? Keep the faith. Malone has not lost his touch. The market is marking down investments in cable and telphony. Content remains strong, but has been dragged down by the other components. When the market turns, and these sectors come back into favor, the turn will be HUGER. keep the faith. larry

Jill, the market does not like the recent rumor of LMGA acquiring T's long distance. The dislike of that rumor is weighing on LMGA.

Personally, I can see where Malone could be going proposing such an acquisition. Malone has an investment in Net2Phone, which could be used to mesh with the long distance unit. But, that's only a highly speculative possibility. The rumors could be all smoke 'n mirrors.
