Apparently your billing department is unaware of this as well as I was told on the phone that the charge is $3.25 for Amex. I was also told that is what Amex is charging you, which is hogwash. $2.25 a month isn't a big deal, but the fact that it hasn't been passed through more than 9 months after the exchange lowered the fee makes me question the integrity of your service. If you want the extra money, change your rate to $82.25 per month. With the Nasdaq L2 change, you would have to go to $122.25. Don't give me this nonsense about having to execute a new agreement as at least one other quote service had no problem lowering the L2 fee within a couple of days of the SEC approval.

It's really too bad, as I love your charts and the layout of your program. But with the feed problems and the exchange fee questions I can't continue to subscribe to your service. I will continue to monitor this thread in the faint hope that you guys get your act together.
