Greg: I couldn't agree more. Other than the absence of PR from management (which is sometimes frustrating, but which would probably only give short-term relief), this management seems to be doing exactly the right thing in terms of the life-cycle of the company--buying razor-edge technology, packaging in internally so that it can be spun off and gain market valuations, staffing the management (and I assume the technology) personnel necessary to make it work and lining up top-tier underwriters to bring LUMN out. That's not to say the a 20-point swooosh down doesn't make my stomach sink. Zach
