ild, I agree with half of it. I do not think AMD will decline faster than Intel because of their much worse financial condition. Intel may be a crappy mfr. nowadays, but they have a huge stash of cash and AMD does not. However, there is no doubt that AMD is eating their lunch in the mpc business. So, since I expect both to pop going into Xmas, I might do this assuming I got a large rebate, minimum of 70% of MM rates, on the short cash. If I didn't get that rebate, I'd do some sort of spread with options.
