Hi Ritch,

The Skin's looked like they couldn't get anything going.
I'm having a tough time figuring out if Detroit's defense is really good of is the Skin's just can't execute.

I was cheering like crazy for the Lions yesterday.
The Giants need some breathing room.

I'm really impressed with the Giants new offensive line.
They repalced all of the line except for one.
Then they put in a bunch of older veterans.
They blew apart the Eagles tough defense.

Tampa Bay looks like a team to reckon with.
They still have a dominating D. Now their Offence looks a little stronger after the moves they made this off season.
Keyshawn Johnson adds a lot to this team.
Their halfback (forget his name) along with the fullback Allstat really make for a good 1-2 punch.

Viking's Culpepper had a pretty good game. I think he aired it out for approx. 360 yards or so.
Don't know if he rushed for any touchdowns this week.

The Raiders surprised the heck out of me.
They were down 21-0 at the half.

They came roaring back. I guess Peyton Manning couldn't pull it out in the last minutes.
Eddie James looks like a good running back. I didn't follow him much last year.
I think the Colts will still take the AFC East.
I wonder how the Raider's kicker did? Any 60 yarders?

Tonight the Jets play the Patriots.
That's becoming a real bitter rivalry with all sorts of new twists to the storyline.

I'm not sure if Dennis Miller adds much to the Monday Night games. Fouts either...

It seems to me that the networks are trying so hard to entertain us with all sorts of bells and whistles.
They are forgetting that the real entertainment is watching a bunch of monster sized guys wage war on the grass. It a friggin' battle field and they over analyze everything and often get it wrong.
The dude doing the analysis for the Giants yesterday, drove me nuts with some of the stupid things he was saying.
Kevin Maas I think...
Take the illustrator pen away from that dude.
Draws lines all over the screen and none of the players end up doing what he just drew.

I think Pat Somerall is retiring soon.
I thought I heard that next season will be his last.
He's got a great football voice.
When I think football, I picture Pat and John Madden calling the game.
I really appreciate those dudes.
When the Giants were hot, I got to hear them call at least half of their games.
For the last few season's I've had to listen to these other dodos.

Did Dallas lose again?

I love this game...
