Paul Allen and now the sheik. Some time ago (and perhaps it is still true), many considered a Paul Allen investment the kiss of death. What years did you work at MicroSoft? From mid-92 to mid-97 (also the summer of 91). I worked in Redmond - and held several positions in product marketing in the desktop applications division: product manager for Excel 4 and 5, product manager for Office 4, 95 and 97 - my last position was Group Product Manager in charge of corporate marketing for Office 95/97. Oh! didn't Clinton release a ton of our strategic oil reserves some time ago? I have no idea - I'm definitely no expert when it comes to oil. -Eric
