KMGG - Kaleidoscope Board Announces Strategic Program

NEW YORK, Sep 11, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --  Micky Hyman, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Kaleidoscope Media Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
KMGG; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: BNN) announced today that the Company is
exploring the establishment of strategic relationships with other media and
entertainment companies whose activities augment and compliment KMG's television
and home video distribution capabilities. The Company has retained
Communications Equity Associates, a global, media-focused advisory firm, to

HVST ut's continue. They walked it down biggly last week.....thankyou, allowed me to add at .059, but they couldn't hold it down forever.
