Only 100 shares traded on the P-Coast at 39. Odds are that you are in line on the NYSE, and given that it is a round number, there is usually a long line there.

sorry...missed the capitulation selling....we had a power failure down 2 hours....trying to get all systems back and running....

and find out what has happened in the meantime....glad to see the market didn't do a moonshot....
