:O) Then OK I will!!!!!!(relax and enjoy, that is!) If we buy the parcel (almost 10 acres) with the utilities we will have a view of three ski resorts out the back (we want the back to have the best view because we are going to have our family room there...most used room... and a PORCH!!!!!!!) The front view will be lovely too but not like the back. The mornings were cold cold cold, the afternoons sunny and warm, once in a while a thunderstorm, quick rain, back to sun. Cold cold evenings ( we were at about 6000 feet). Very fascinating weather. Very different from So Cal but I will have warm clothes, insulated house, and I'll enjoy the changing scenes. When we move.
