Eric: Sorry if i was "abrupt". Oil is a cyclical commodity -- that is what makes it a useful weather-vane. It is telling us something abut the direction of the economy. As for oil itself -- it should be lower in the future to the extent it overshoots now. Hardly a big surprise and of no value as information unless you invest in oil -- which I don't.

Eric: BTW -- we are looking a little oversold on a minute to minute basis -- we should have an hour of sunshine before the next sqwall moves in and the sky darkens again -- my position is the same -- this is a time for caution. If you were sailing, you would take down some canvas.
