Hi Earlie, Just an aside, for what its worth. I have been involved with developing E-business solutions, working for a small consulting house. During the past six months, on four separate projects, someone in the food chain, has been stiffed. In two cases, these were public firms, one of which, is a major player. In all cases, the funding simply ran out or was running out. I've never seen anything like this in over 25 years in the consulting world. It must mean something. Doug
