i remember 3rd or 4th in his class. I had seen a crossfire tv show on cnbc over a year ago, maybe 2 and a guest warned gates(not directly) not to underestimate or insult this guy as the msft lawyer was doing by disparaging the case and the people making it. I made a mental note of this and it seems to have turned out that way. However i think the government would welcome a settlement to secure victory against appeal and not to give gore any headaches in the campaign or if he is elected. Splitting up msft doesnt make sense anymore if it ever did. Events on the ground move too fast.
