Yes, I think you said it well. I'd add that when Gilder says he expects Cisco to buy "paradigm" companies, he is in effect acknowledging Cisco should remain extremely successful(depending on how you define extremely). I've read wee bits of the wavx thread in the past, and never really felt able to sum up why the great expectations. For all Gilders silence on the company, he has offered fairly stern risk warnings concerning it. Don't get me wrong, I think he feels it could have a great business oneday. So, one or two got away along the way, eh? Don't make me remember my own, I'll cry. Long term, remains the most profitable way to invest in stock overall, last I knew. Freedom works, Dan B
