Tim, All very good points. I would agree that there is no rush to get into T, but I also think that the downside risk is minimal. Buy at $30 and sit on it for a LTB&H. I believe that they have been retooling their core for some time and I think that they will be able to leapfrog their competitiion with service level differentiation that hasn't been seen yet. My guess is that they will be the first to offer free toll quality long distance calls when you sign up for their data services. I think that this will make a difference and will bring back many of their lost customers. But again, no hurry, JXM
