Hi Bill,

Based on the last CC, I thought management was a little optimistic. CNXT suggested the weakness in demand could last a least 2 Q's, while KOPN was suggesting only a 1 Q slow down and that other sales would make up for the short fall for a flat Q over Q revenue and EPS growth. Displays are ramping slowly and they will only have capacity for 100,00 to 200,000 per month by December (need to check notes later). This will not be a significant part of earnings soon.

I re-initiated a position at 31 recently on the upgrade. I will hold for now. GaAs is not going away. They supply product to CNXT and BRCM (off the top of my head, need to confirm). It depends on your time frame. If your time frame is longer than 1 or 2 year I think it will recover in that period. I will be probably be adding starting at 20, but there may be stronger stocks on sale at that point. I would only add after the COMPX stablizes. KOPN is a second tier stock so it will move after the stocks like AMCC and PMCS move. It is undervalued based on the fundmental provided the growth rates are not too far from reality.
