40 mil in intangible assets ouch. To put a positive spin on it. I guess it's better to get it off the books sooner than later.

I guess to put more positive spin would be this statement by Bergeron
"However, our customer base remains largely intact. We remain confident that revenue will improve during the second half of the year."

Once again the CC will be interesting.
