Well folks,

we saw why Toshiba signed up with RMBS and now we understand why dell probably did.

This should happen more and more as the demand for chips increase. Companies will not risk being part of litigation.

MONEY, MONEY and MORE MONEY FOR RMBS.

to buy memory from Toshiba. Why bother to buy from unlicensed MMs to risk of being named in patent infringement suit (like Sega in Hitachi case).
