Fargo had its moments. I really liked the part where the guy drives out to dig up the money and can't because the snow has covered everything. And I liked the white sock halfway off the foot of the leg that was sticking up out of the chipper, I thought that was a good touch. I guess one thing about it I didn't like was, again, the High Concept part of it, they always play things really broad and exaggerated so nobody misses anything. I thought the pregnant cop was an interesting idea, but it was so overdone I got tired of it before the movie was over.

When I think of other Coen Brothers movies, I just remember the little touches I liked, like the hat blowing away in Miller's Crossing, or Nicholas Cage holding a gun in one hand and cradling a baby in the other arm, in Raising Arizona, which, by the way, I detested.
