Okay, point taken. There seem to be different numbers floating around... But as I said: I am well aware that AMD is losing market share in retail. As long as Duron systems start showing up in the next few weeks and AMD can maintain a lead in the high end market I don't have problems with that.

And most of those AMDroids on the ZDNet Talkback forums never bothered to get their facts straight, either.

I never read the ZDNet Talkback forums (too much noise) but I believe "fanatics" from both sides are equally "guilty" of that. But I'm wondering why a top-notch analyst is reading them? Maybe he's posting there too on a regular basis and got insulted. ;)
