Sorry Tony, the fcc and sbc?? OKI!! Now I understand...The answer ,,I don't know.... NHC June 7 proposal to the FCC is a smart move and will probably lead to an applause at best, but don't expect an endorsement by the FCC of NHC's product. In other words, I believe NHC may gain some publicity and get more doors opened..On SBC, I found it curious that Barry Sine referred to this company in his report??? Nhc will sign 1 or 2 Clecs before yearend and an ILEC. That's my educated guess...and remember that is how we want to go on the NASDAQ and not empty handed..Good Night , Cleto.
