MU actions are that of a thief caught red-handed. Took Investment money from INTC and tried to steal RMBS technology for use in a product counter to Intels' wishes.

You are a tad confused here. Intel PROFITED HANDSOMELY ON THEIR MU INVESTMENT. Rambus went to a JEDEC open standards meeting and patented technology based on what they heard at that meeting. Now, they turn around and try to extort money from the DRAM industry based on that.

If you haven't noticed Intel is moving away from RDRAM technology, faster then a bus going downhill. Micron made the correct decision early on that RDRAM offered nothing from a cost/performance perspective.

Micron management should be praised for making the correct decision about the technology way ahead of everyone else.

RMBS at 79 is one of the most grossly overvalued stocks on the planet.

Disclaimer: I do not have positions in either company.

Mishedlo, Have you noticed how grossly uninformed Mu investors are on the details and ramifications of the rambus/micron legal disputes ? I wouldn't buy Mu stock at 50, 40 or 30. I can't see how appleton will keep his job.
His business decision have been based on PURE egotism. You would think he is 4 years old. Micron could have chose a win/win stratigy and been way a head in next generation memory w/ intel paying the start up cost. Instead, appleton
double crossed intel and has put micron's entire lively hood in jepordy. Even if mu caves in tomorrow they are years behind now. I predict Appleton will be fired.
