I think this is it ... franz. re: Siebel-Janna, you can get a nice white paper on Janna's Enterprise Suite here (if you register): janna.com it's 22 pages, so if you'd prefer the Clif Notes, try this: informationweek.com very loosely speaking, Siebel's strength in financial services, roughly 1/3 of the business if i'm not mistaken, has been in retail banking and insurance, while Janna's client list caters more to the institutional boys (IBs and mutual funds), like Goldman, J.P. Morgan, Lehman, ML, et al. but given current merger mania here, that's probably not a distinction worth mentioning. a sampling of Janna's roster: janna.com -chris.
