A sharp recovery this morning on techs would mark the end of the 6DML squeeze. We still have much to learn about Margin Liquidation squeeze plays. There was nothing unusual about this 6DML, other than the fact that it lasted 6 days, rather than just 4 or 5.

It looks like the 4DML and 5DML generally see the 3rd day as the upward leg. But this past week we saw the second 6DML in the past 3 years. . . with an upward leg on the 4th day. Is that common for 6DMLs? Time will tell. And like EVERY ML squeeze, the final day[s] of the squeeze saw the lowest prices during the final 2 hours of the day. Now this latest squeeze will go into our memory banks with the others. . . as an indicator for future squeeze plays.

At this point, I am happy to be 100% long. . . and glad I bought yesterday's lows. [Of course hindsight is so much easier and less stressful than being in the thick of it]. . .I don't know about all of you, but having our Margin Liquidation study helped me out of the dark. . . remember that "deer in the headlights" syndrome? This study has helped to explode that syndrome, IMO.
