Euro suffers from 'crisis of political confidence', the two camps lik Italy, France are more than happy with the Euro decline, cheaper currency makes them more competitive exporters while Germany as a matter of political opinion more fixed with the idea of solid currency does feel a lot of political pressure and feels that ECB has not done enough. overall for the new currency that is not bad, higher interest rates to counter inflationary threats leading to weaker currency as future of the regions economic strength is doubted would lead to more sustained euro buying, a long at different levels would not be a bad idea. LIke Oil and other commodities indiscriminate selling leads to more selling now what we see in Euro is more of speculative selling as a result of major old supports being taken out is has less to do with the actual macro economic fundamentals..
