ok! thanks!

Kana Communications is a leading provider of eCRM e-business with customers include many prominent Internet and Global 2000 companies such as E*Trade (a), eBay (a), the Gap (a), American Airlines, Sprint PCS, eToys, Ameritrade (a) and Kodak. ``In our view, Kana is an emerging leader in the rapidly growing eCRM markets,'' said Bernstein.

``We believe that there is significant potential upside to our estimates for Kana, as we currently project triple digit revenue growth through fiscal 2001.''

For all those "big name" clients, all the 'strong buy' ratings, and all the many, many KANA press releases, all KANA stock has done in the one-month period since your posting is to drop 55%.

Have any comments that will hasten KANA's resuscitation or should we just plan to flee toward self-preservation if KANA drops below $15 in the morning?
