Our tech people love this bounce... much higher they say [400pt uside from here]. That said, they used to have authority to trade and no longer do... just spew their stuff, so short is probably the right thing to do :)

yep, SEBL looks oopsie.

guests on CNBS are 'moderately' to 'very' bullish today (what else), and the consensus is that 'rates have stabilized'. which is a strong hint that stable rates are about to end...
