I am seeing/hearing some evidence that the market is cooling off. There have been cases where houses were put up for sale at inflated prices and there were no takers. The sellers are gradually reducing the prices in some cases, after they realized that taking the houses off the market is not a very good idea either.

If the stock-markets go through their traditional jitters in October, it will be interesting to see how all this plays out...
