Howard, If they did spin-off RSI, the spin-off shares would
have to be attached to the warrants. I'm not sure if we
need language in the agreement to cover that or not. Logically,
that would be considered 'done' at the time of the spin-off
IMO.

No take genius to figure that out Howard. If they spinoff RSI, all RTIN holders should be entititled to spin off shares as well, all RTIN warrant holders would have to have warrant strike prices adjusted accordingly as well, to reflect the spin off

For example, if the warrant was for 50 cents, but rsi is deemed to be 1/4 of that value, then the warrant would adjust to 37 1/2 strike plus an equivalent differential to buy RSI spinoff as well.

But right now RTIN is not the owner of RSI, remember? They will have to go to court to undo RSI's termination of the merger.
